Contact Exec Cue Club
Cue Clubs is operated by Thandi Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17464060.
For Exec Cue Club entries, results, prizes or privacy requests, contact Jay Thandi on 07904 095321.
Using Cue Clubs
Cue Clubs provides software for social snooker and pool leagues: club setup, registration, consultations, divisions, draws, fixtures, results, statistics and season records. Each club controls its own rules, eligibility, entries, timetable, venues and prizes. Cue Clubs does not operate the physical matches or guarantee a place in a league.
Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate information and use only accounts and administration permissions that belong to you. Do not attempt to access another person’s private records, manipulate results, upload unlawful material or use club messages to harass anyone.
Season 4 interest and provisional registration
For Exec Cue Club Season 4, Yes is provisional registration, Maybe records interest and No records that you are not entering. Completing the consultation does not confirm a paid place or create a payment obligation. No payment is due during consultation.
The organiser reviews responses and approves the final format, fees, prize allocation, division placements and any handicaps. Players will be shown the approved arrangements and asked to confirm entry before payment collection opens. A Maybe response must be changed to Yes before a player can confirm entry. Places remain subject to organiser approval.
Rules, seedings, handicaps and draws
The published rules and approved configuration for the relevant season govern matches and scoring. Private seeding information supports organiser decisions. If adopted for Exec Season 4, handicaps apply per frame, use prior results or a new player’s private assessment, and are approved by the organiser. They remain fixed throughout the season and are reviewed at its end.
A live draw uses a saved outcome. The animation and later replay show that same outcome; replay does not create a fresh draw. Organisers should resolve player eligibility and divisions before locking the draw.
Results and organiser decisions
Players must report scores and breaks honestly. Submitted results may require organiser approval before affecting tables and statistics. Organisers handle corrections, walkovers, postponed matches, BYEs, withdrawals and disputes under the season rules. Report an error to the organiser promptly; incomplete historic data may affect displayed statistics until reconciled.
Practice tools and drills are for personal use and do not create official league results.
Player fees, prizes and payment records
Player entry fees are paid directly to the relevant club organiser using that club’s stated method. Exec Cue Club may use an external Monzo collection link once entry confirmation and collection open. Cue Clubs records payment status; the club organiser remains responsible for entry fees and the prize fund.
The organiser must explain the entry fee, cash-prize split, trophies and any cancellation or withdrawal arrangements before asking players to pay. Reporting that you have paid does not confirm receipt. The organiser checks received payments and reconciles the record. Do not put card details, bank credentials or other sensitive financial information in a payment reference.
Your content and league history
You remain responsible for the names, badges, images, comments and other content you add and must have permission to use it. You allow Cue Clubs to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the club service. Do not add confidential information to public player names, club pages or messages.
Account access and public league history are separate. Requests to correct or remove personal information are handled under the privacy notice, taking account of other players’ records and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service available and records accurate, but maintenance, network failures and third-party services can interrupt access. Organisers should review published settings and retain exports or source records where needed. Cue Clubs is not responsible for a club’s venue arrangements or for decisions about its prize fund.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Concerns, changes and applicable law
Raise league disputes with the relevant organiser. For a platform fault, privacy concern or complaint about Cue Clubs, contact Thandi Collective Ltd using the details above. Misuse may lead to restricted access; this does not remove applicable data rights or rights to challenge an error.
These terms may be updated as the service develops. A material change to a season’s agreed arrangements must be brought to the affected users’ attention. The laws of England and Wales apply, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to use local courts that apply to consumers.
