Contact Exec Cue Club

Cue Clubs is operated by Thandi Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17464060.

For Exec Cue Club entries, results, prizes or privacy requests, contact Jay Thandi on 07904 095321.

Who is responsible for your information?

Thandi Collective Ltd is responsible for the platform account, security and service administration information it uses. Each club organiser decides how its league is run and how player information is used for that league; Cue Clubs provides the tools and stores records for them. This notice covers the Cue Clubs website and league app, including Exec Cue Club.

What we collect and where it comes from

  • Your account identifier, name and verified email from Firebase Authentication, together with your club memberships and permissions. Firebase manages your password, verification and password-reset emails; passwords are not stored in the league database.
  • Registration details you provide, including playing name, participation choice, optional phone number, experience, break information and availability.
  • Consultation preferences and comments, private seeding answers, organiser assessments and approved division or handicap decisions.
  • Fixtures, match results, breaks, tables, rankings, form and club messages. Organisers and players may provide these. Exec Seasons 1–3 history was copied from the club’s PlayOn league records and is reconciled with the organiser.
  • Entry confirmations, payment references and payment-status records, receipt checks and relevant administration history. Card numbers, bank login details and payment-provider passwords are not collected by Cue Clubs.
  • Technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request logs and account activity, plus information you submit in feedback.

Why we use it

We use account information to provide the service you request and manage club access. We use registration, consultation and league records to organise a fair season, produce fixtures and statistics, resolve result disputes and keep league history. Organisers may use consultation responses and previous results to prepare the next season.

Providing an account and the required registration fields is necessary to save a response or enter a league. Optional fields are identified in the form. You can browse public pages without registering.

For platform services and requested account setup, our basis is taking steps at your request or performing our agreement with you. For security, preventing misuse, responding to queries and maintaining accurate league records, we rely on legitimate interests. Club organisers are responsible for their own lawful basis for league administration. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent; this does not affect earlier lawful use. Records needed by law are retained on that basis.

What is public and what stays private

A club’s published playing names, fixtures, approved results, breaks, statistics and historical tables can be viewed by people visiting its public pages. Do not use a playing name you do not want displayed.

Account email addresses, optional phone numbers, individual consultation answers, private seeding assessments and payment references are not part of public tables or player statistics. You can review your own saved consultation answers; authorised club organisers can review responses and produce summaries. Platform administration access is restricted to authorised people supporting the service.

Consultation choices are recommendations until the organiser approves them. Seeding uses playing history and registration answers to suggest rankings, divisions or per-frame handicaps. An organiser reviews and approves decisions; a suggested score does not automatically award or refuse a place. Season handicaps remain fixed until the end-of-season review.

Service providers and payments

The app uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and data services. Email sign-up, verification, sign-in and password recovery are provided by Google Firebase Authentication. These providers handle information needed to operate their services under their applicable privacy and data terms. Their infrastructure may process information outside the UK; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. We do not promise UK-only storage.

Payments are handled externally by the club organiser’s chosen provider, such as Monzo, when collection opens. Opening an external payment service is subject to that provider’s privacy notice. Cue Clubs records payment status for reconciliation and does not hold club entry fees or prize funds. We do not sell player information.

Cookies and storage on your device

Sign-in and security services use the cookies needed to authenticate and protect your session. The app also uses browser storage for settings such as a saved builder draft, preview preferences and whether you have watched the opening film. Clearing browser data can remove unsaved local drafts and sign you out. Saving a consultation response stores it with your account, rather than only on your device.

How long records are kept

Account and membership information is kept while needed to provide your account and club access. Consultation responses are retained so you and the organiser can review the previous season’s choices when preparing the next season, including Season 5. They are not automatically erased when consultation closes.

Published results and season tables form the club’s continuing historical record. Private assessments, contact information and administration records are kept only while needed for the league, future-season preparation, resolving disputes or a legal requirement. Retention reviews consider the record’s purpose, any open dispute and whether identifying details remain necessary. A deletion request is reviewed against those needs; closing an account does not automatically remove every historical match result.

Your choices and rights

You can review your consultation answers in My Area and amend them until consultation closes. Ask your organiser to correct an inaccurate result or registration record.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact your club organiser with your privacy request; identify the club and account so the relevant records can be located. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any records we must retain.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Contacting us first may help resolve the issue, but does not limit that right.

Updates to this notice

We will update this page when the service or use of information changes. Material changes affecting a new collection or use will be explained at the relevant point in the app.
